Booking and Cancellation Policy

• All prices are in USD dollars and listed per person
• Children rates apply to kids of age 12 and under.
• Room only Bookings require a 100% deposit at time of booking.
• Tour bookings require a 25% deposit at time of booking, and remaining balance due 30 days before arrival date.
• Package bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking, and 50% balance due 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances do take place, and therefore we are available
through email and phone so you can notify us of any changes about your travel schedule
with Belize Culture Travel.

• For cancellation of rooms and packages made 45 days Or more before arrival date we offer a full refund less $100 USD processing fee.
• For cancellations of room and packages made 30 days or more before arrival date we offer a 50% refund less $100 USD processing fee.
• Cancellation on rooms and packages done less than 30 days before arrival date come with no refund.
• Cancellation on tours done 7 days before arrival date we offer a full refund, less
  $100 USD processing fee.
• Cancellation done less than 7 days before arrival day comes with no refund.
